Cathedral School Win Two Golds

Hereford Cathedral School turned out a large squad of competitors for Marlow Long Distance Sculls on the River Thames last Saturday 27th October.  In the morning division the competitors consisted a WJ15 quad of Bethan Hunt, Charlotte Cooper, Stephanie Street, Eleanor Smith coxed by Sian Evans, two J15 Singles Sculls of Simon George and Oliver Butler, a WJ14 single scull of Kate Jones, a WJ15 single scull of Ellen Gross-Hodge, a J15 double of Tim Steels and Ben Pratt, a J16 double of Ed Deutsch and Tomos Jones who won Gold Medal being the fastest men's double and also coming second in the whole division and a WJ16 double of Emily Preece and Sarah Woolf  who also won Gold Medal as the fastest women's double.


In the afternoon division the competitors were Ed Deutsch, Tomos Jones, Jamie Thomas (all J16 singles) .
